Celebrating Myself Out Loud

For years, I celebrated everyone but myself.
I showed up, cheered people on, planned the surprises, gave the flowers — all while quietly neglecting my own needs, joy, and healing. But one thing this season of life has taught me is that healing and celebration are not separate journeys — they walk hand in hand.
To celebrate yourself out loud is to say:
“I’m proud of how far I’ve come.”
“I’m choosing me, even if no one else does.”
“I’m worthy of rest, joy, and recognition.”
This journey didn’t start in luxury — it started in loss. Grief cracked me open. Burnout silenced me. Heartbreak humbled me. But little by little, I began piecing myself back together — not to be who I was, but to rise as who I’m becoming.
And in that sacred becoming, I learned this truth:
To celebrate yourself is to heal out loud. To rest with intention. To glow without apology. To stop shrinking in spaces you were sent to shine.
That’s why I created the Heal Not Hustle Retreat — to give women like you and me the space we’ve always given to others. Space to cry, to laugh, to rest, to heal… and to celebrate. Not in silence. But out loud.
✨ Two Transformative Weeks in Bali:
November 8–15: Life After Loss — for grieving mothers ready to honor their journey and begin healing
November 15–22: Ultimate Balance — for women seeking peace, clarity, and full-body transformation
Whether you’re grieving, rediscovering yourself, or finally choosing you — you deserve this.
So here’s my invitation: Come celebrate you. Out loud. Unapologetically. In Bali.
Because your healing matters. Your story matters.
And you deserve to be celebrated.
